Terms and Policies
Orders - We have several hundred thousand dollars of airspring inventory, but only a few people to fill those orders. In an effort to offer the lowest prices possible, we only accept orders via fax [1-800-808-1759], email [sales@discountairspring.com], and our secure website storefront ONLY. A live person to take orders is expensive and only adds to the price that we must charge you. Our voice line [1-800-808-1760] is monitored by an answering machine. If you require a live person, someone will return your call.
Shipping - Free shipping would have to be reflected in the selling price of the product, so we offer shipping at published rates...no "handling" fees, no surprises. Orders placed by NOON will be shipped the SAME DAY. Quantities up to pallet size will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX GROUND. UPS 2nd day and next day shipments can also be accommodated, but there will be added charges for those shipments. Pallet quantities are shipped via least expensive truck line. The carrier will vary according to region. Truck freight will be prepaid by the customer. We MUST have a tax number for pallet quantity orders.
Backorders - We don't do backorders. In the rare event that we are out of a particular product, we will advise you of that fact and let you decide if you want to proceed with a partial order or make other arrangements.
Shipping damage or loss - We will provide you with a UPS or FEDEX tracking number for you shipment. Pallet orders will have a PRO number from the trucking company. Any damage or loss claims MUST be made by the customer directly to the shipper.
Payment - We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
We will ship COD via FEDEX ONLY. COD orders must be paid with a certified check or a money order. If your COD order is refused by you, we will bill you for the 25% restocking fee plus shipping. If this invoice is not paid within 30 days the account will be turned over to our collection agency. WE DO NOT accept personal or company checks. If you want to pay with a company or a personal check, you will need to send us a check and we will ship your order when the check has cleared the bank. NO CODS ON Pallet orders.
Warranty - Firestone manufactures the finest airsprings in the world and as a result they offer a 2 year warranty on all of their airsprings. Click here to view the Firestone warranty. This warranty DOES NOT include abrasion damage due to improper installation, so don't even ask. If you have a truly defective airspring, please contact us via fax [1-800-808-1759] or email [sales@discountairspring.com] to arrange for a replacement.
Returns - All sales are considered final at the time we receive payment via check or credit card. If you change your mind before the product has shipped, you will be charged a 5% transaction and handling fee. If the product is returned or refused after shipping has commenced, a 25% restock fee will be imposed. If you don't want it, don't order it.
